Massage Therapy
I use hands-on techniques to address restrictions and improve mobility, ease discomfort and relieve stress.
Modalities
Lymphatic drainage, craniosacral, myofascial and neuromuscular techniques are my primary tools. Gentle movement is used to assess and help resolve issues.
Hands Heal EHR
I created an online charting and scheduling system for massage therapists.

Pre- and Post- Surgery
Massage can help prepare the body for surgery and reduce inflammation and the ongoing effects of scar tissue.
Chronic Pain Management
Chronic pain is a complicated condition affecting multiple systems in the body and requires a comprehensive approach.
Inflammatory Conditions
Chronic inflammation is associated with repetitive use injuries, systemic conditions, and nervous system disorders.
Balance
Good balance reduces falls and enhances mobility so you stay active. Ankle and hip flexibility are key factors to better balance.
Work Injuries
Workers' compensation covers massage because studies show it speeds up recovery time and gets people back to work faster.
Motor Vehicle Injuries
Injuries from car crashes can cause pain and affect posture, vision, and cognitive function.

Street parking is available at both locations. There is one parking spot available in the garage under the Northern Passage building on Fuhrman. To get there, turn right on Portage Bay Way then left immediately onto the private drive. Pull in front of the garage door and call or text me to be let in: 206.755.5564. Park in the second spot on the left. If the spot is occupied, wait until they leave and take the spot. I'll send down the elevator to get you - it requires a fob to open.
Alert: the front door of the Northern Passage building locks after 5:30pm. Call the number on the door to be buzzed in. On weekends and holidays, call or text me to be buzzed in: 206.755.5564.
